My Sales Contract and
Guarantee
Deposits are $200.00
1. Deposits are a commitment to hold a puppy for you and are non-refundable. Balance is due no later than six weeks of age. If the balance is not paid in full by 6 weeks, the deposit will be forfeited and the puppy will be resold. In certain cases, the deposit will be moved to another litter 2. No pup will leave my kennel before 6 weeks of age. No exceptions! 3. After receiving balance, the puppy will be shipped, preferably on a non-stop flight, to most major U.S. cities. The puppy will be shipped out of St. Louis Missouri. 4. The puppy will arrive healthy, with it's 1 st. shots and be wormed. The puppies will come with health records, registration papers, and a complete veterinarian examination 5. The puppy must be examined by your veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving, for the guarantee to be effective. Buyer is responsible for the veterinary exam cost in the first 72 hours. You must send me your veterinarian checkup papers via e-mail within this time. Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian bills occurred after 72 hours. 6. Seller guarantees puppy to be free of congenital defects for 1 year. If a puppy is diagnosed with congenital defect, it will be replaced. 7. If a puppy does need replaced, I will replace it with a puppy of equal, or greater value. If a puppy is not available from the same litter, then a replacement puppy will be moved to the next litter. 8. If a female I sell is bred before 2 years (24 months) of age, it will null and void the guarantee. 9. If the dog is cared for in any way which may be detrimental to its health, Seller has the right to reclaim the animal at the expense of the buyer. Legal action will incur if necessary. 10. A dog that is subjected to weight pulling before the age of 1 1/2 years of age, it will null and void the guarantee. 11. If for any reason you sell a dog that comes from my kennel, I will have first choice to purchase the dog back. 12. A dog subjected to, or participating in any type of protection training, will null and void the guarantee. 13. Breeder is not liable for damage, or litigation, caused by protection training.
